To cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with more than 28 days’ notice. We reserve the right to cancel events where necessary, and will give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice, where possible. You will either be offered a refund in full, or the opportunity to move to an alternative event, or date. If the value of the alternative event is less, we will refund the difference.
