Join us for our annual family evening for the local community,
with a hearty pie ‘n’ pea supper, local school choir
entertainment, Harvest Auction and Tree of Life Raffle.

Funds raised will support the Parish Churches of All Saints’
Church in South Cave, All Saints’ Church in North Cave and
Staint Nicholas’ Church in Newbald.

Please support this wonderful evening with contributions and
donations for the auction. Donations can be dropped off at the
Farm Shop any time ahead of the event.

Suggestions include:
Suggested lots include fruit and vegetable hampers, freshly baked cakes and treats, sacks of potatoes, homemade spirits, handmade crafts, artwork, woodwork, restaurant vouchers, meat hampers, Christmas cakes and decorations, local beers, seasonal produce, plants, flowers, homemade pickles and jams.

To cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with more than 28 days’ notice. We reserve the right to cancel events where necessary, and will give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice, where possible. You will either be offered a refund in full, or the opportunity to move to an alternative event, or date. If the value of the alternative event is less, we will refund the difference.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

As our menus are carefully planned and prepared in advance, and due to the nature of these outdoor events, we may not be able to accommodate all requests on the day without prior notice.

While we will always do our very best to cater for dietary requirements, please be aware that food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
