You will either be offered a refund in full, or the opportunity to move to an alternative event, or date. If the value of the alternative event is less, we will refund the difference.

As our menus are carefully planned and prepared in advance, and due to the nature of these outdoor events, we may not be able to accommodate all requests on the day without prior notice.
