Yau's Chow Mein Noodles 300g
Choose from thick or thin noodles. The thick Chow Mein has a more resistant bite and satisfying chew. They cook easily and won't stick to your pan. Simply soak, drain and serve with your other stir-fried ingredients. For a crispier finish, add a little oil and return to the wok with your other ingredients until heated through. The noodles won't soak up as much oil as others may and remain lightly textured and pliable without any sogginess. Just make sure you keep the wok hot!
