- If you need to cancel your attendance more than 28 days’ notice you will receive a full refund.
- Similarly, if you would like to swap on to another date more than 28 days’ notice onto a lower value, you will have the full difference in price refunded.
- No refunds are possible at less than 28 days’ notice.
- Name changes, however, are possible at any time.
- We reserve the right to cancel events where necessary, but will give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice and will either refund you in full or swap you onto an alternative event. If the value of that alternative event is lower, we will refund the difference in full.
