This Glaze is perfect for adding a glorious Sweet & Spicy flavour to your Roast ham. The hot chilli flavours are balanced out with the sweetness of pineapple and peppers which will blow your dinner guests away!
 
Simply roast your meat then brush with the glaze and put back in the oven for ten minutes. There is enough glaze to do a big joint of meat.
