To cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with more than 28 days’ notice. We reserve the right to cancel events where necessary, and will give attendees a minimum of 14 days’ notice, where possible. You will either be offered a refund in full, or the opportunity to move to an alternative event, or date. If the value of the alternative event is less, we will refund the difference.

Please note when checking out, select “Pick Up in Store” as your delivery method.
We do not issue physical tickets for our events. Your booking confirmation email will act as your ticket and should be presented on arrival.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

As our menus are carefully planned and prepared in advance, and due to the nature of these outdoor events, we may not be able to accommodate all requests on the day without prior notice.

While we will always do our very best to cater for dietary requirements, please be aware that food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
